Status and incidents
Check whether Inverity is operating normally.
If optimization seems delayed or the dashboard isn't loading, check whether there's a known issue before reaching out.
Check status
Visit inverity.ai for current system status and any active incidents.
Processing delays
Optimization runs in the background, and large files — especially 4K video — take longer than small images. A short delay during a busy period is normal. Results appear in the dashboard as each asset finishes.
If processing seems stuck
- Check status. Confirm there's no active incident.
- Check your usage. If you've reached your monthly volume, processing pauses until the period resets or you upgrade. See Volume and usage.
- Check the asset. Compare against a small file in the same folder. If small files are moving, the pipeline is fine and you're waiting on file size.
- Still stuck? Contact support with the asset or job details.
What an incident does and doesn't affect
During an incident, optimization may be delayed or paused. Your connected sources stay linked, your settings are untouched, and queued work is picked up when service resumes.
Your media is not at risk during an incident. Inverity only writes back files that passed the quality check, and there's no path that deletes an asset from your platform. An interrupted job leaves your original exactly as it was. See How write-back works.
After an incident
Queued assets resume automatically. You don't need to re-run anything or reconnect a source. If something specific didn't recover, contact support with the job details.
