Getting started
Create your account
Sign up, verify your email, and set up your workspace.
Sign up
Go to app.inverity.ai/signup. You can sign up with an email address and a password, or continue with Google.
If you sign up with email, we send you a verification link. Confirm it to activate your account — until you do, you can't connect a source.
Didn't get the email? Check spam, confirm the address you used, and request a new link from the sign-in screen. See Sign-in and access if it still doesn't arrive.
You start on Foundation
Every new account begins on the free Foundation plan, which includes 2 GB of media volume per month. There's no trial clock and no card required — Foundation is a permanent free tier, not a countdown.
You can upgrade any time from Settings → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately so the extra volume is available right away. See Compare plans.
Your workspace
Your account belongs to a workspace. The workspace is what owns everything that matters:
- the connected sources
- the quality profiles
- the usage meter and the plan
- the team members and their roles
Everyone you invite joins the same workspace and shares those things. That means your teammate doesn't need their own connector or their own plan — they inherit yours, subject to their role.
Invite people from Settings → Team. See Team and roles.
Use a shared address for the owner account
If the workspace is for a team rather than for you personally, sign up with an address the team controls (for example web@yourcompany.com) rather than a personal one. It saves an ownership transfer later when people change roles.
Secure it before you connect anything
Your workspace will hold API tokens for your CMS or DAM. Turn on two-factor authentication from Settings → Profile → Account security before you connect your first source. See Security.
