Plans & usage
Manage subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, and find your invoices.
Manage your plan from Settings → Plan in the dashboard.
Upgrade or downgrade
- Open Settings → Plan. You'll see your current plan and the available options.
- Choose a plan and confirm.
Upgrades take effect immediately, so the new volume is available right away. This is what you want if you've hit your limit mid-month and processing has paused.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the volume you've paid for until then. You won't lose access to volume you've already bought.
The upgrade-for-one-month pattern
If you're clearing a backfill, this is usually the cheapest route:
- Upgrade to a tier that covers the backfill.
- Run the backfill.
- Downgrade to the tier that matches your steady state.
The downgrade takes effect at the period end, so you keep the higher volume for the rest of the month you paid for. See Volume and usage.
Invoices and payment
Payment methods, invoices, and receipts are managed through the billing portal — open it from the Billing screen in the dashboard. From there you can update your card and download past invoices.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Plan. Your plan runs to the end of the current billing period, then your workspace returns to the free Foundation tier.
Cancelling doesn't undo anything. Assets already optimized stay optimized, your connected sources stay linked, and your results history remains available. Optimization simply continues at Foundation volume.

That's the Architect plan — contact us. Architect also covers custom limits and procurement paperwork. See Billing FAQ.
Who can change the plan
Billing is an administrative capability, so it's restricted to the roles that have it. If you can't see Settings → Plan, ask a workspace admin. See Team and roles.
