Plans & usage
Plans & usage
How Inverity meters usage, and how to manage your plan.
Inverity bills on the volume of media you process each month, measured in GB. The more media you run through Inverity, the higher the plan you need — the number of files doesn't matter, only their total size.

Volume in one paragraph
Every asset Inverity processes counts against your monthly allowance at its source file size. Ten 1 MB images cost the same as one 10 MB image. Assets that are skipped and duplicates Inverity has already seen don't count. Uploads and connected-source optimization draw from the same budget. Usage resets each billing period.
Sizing your plan
Two numbers decide which plan you need, and they're different:
- Your steady state — how much new media your team adds each month. Your plan has to cover this permanently.
- Your backfill — a one-time cost to process the library you already have.
It's common to upgrade for a single month to clear a backfill, then settle a tier lower. See Manage subscription.
