Account & security
Profile and sign-in
Your email, password, and how you sign in.
Manage your own account from Settings → Profile in the dashboard. This is personal to you — it's separate from workspace settings like connectors, plan, and team.
How you sign in
You can sign in with an email address and password, or continue with Google — whichever you chose at signup.
If you signed up with email, your address had to be verified before the account became active. See Create your account.
Changing your password
Change your password from Settings → Profile. If you've forgotten it, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen — the reset link goes to your account email.
If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam and confirm you're using the address the account was created with. See Sign-in and access.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on 2FA from Settings → Profile → Account security. Do this if you have admin access — that account can reach the credentials for your connected platforms. See Security.
Changing your email address
If you need to change the email address on your account, or transfer workspace ownership to a different address, contact support from the current account email.
Use a shared address for the owner account
If your workspace belongs to a team rather than to you personally, the owner account is best held on an address the team controls (for example web@yourcompany.com). It saves an ownership transfer when people change roles or leave.
Leaving a workspace
Ask a workspace admin to remove you from Settings → Team. Your access ends immediately, and the connectors and results stay with the workspace. See Team and roles.
