Workspaces in one paragraph
Your account belongs to a workspace. The workspace owns the connected sources, the quality profiles, the usage meter, the plan, and the team. Everyone you invite joins that same workspace and shares those things, subject to their role. Your teammate doesn't need their own connector or their own plan.
The two things worth doing today
- Turn on two-factor authentication for everyone with admin access. That account can reach the credentials for your connected platforms. See Security.
- Assign the least access each person needs. Most people who want to see savings numbers don't need the ability to change connectors or billing. See Team and roles.
