How connecting works
Every connector does the same three things: read the assets in the locations you choose, optimize them, and write the result back in place.
How you authorize that differs by platform:

One workspace, many sources
A workspace can hold several connected sources at once. They share the same monthly volume budget and the same team, but each can have its own quality profile — so your DAM masters and your marketing site don't have to be treated the same way.
Uploading without a connector
You don't need a connector at all to use Inverity. You can upload files directly to the dashboard and download the optimized results. See Direct upload.
